Christmas Eve 2006
Ah... Finally the Internet is starting to 'recover' from the aftermath of the earthquake dat happened in Taiwan few days back, though i suspect the horrendous weather might have contributed 0.05% of the lag in the Internet connection. The onli thing i could do online for the past few daes was chat on MSN..... Yah.. dats basically it. So now that the Internet's finally acting 'normal'.. i guess i dun have any more excuses not to blog. ho ho ho..
Celebrated X'mas eve last sunday with ahmah and gang. Took ahmah and i almost forever to hail a cab. The moment cab drivers heard we were heading the Forum, they literally chased us out of the cab. Cb. Den finally this cab driver decided to take us there. But not without any complaints of course. Summore asked us why choose orchard of all places. Cb irritating. Turns out orchard rd as quiet as hell when we reached there. Jam? My ass! The jam probably onli started after 9.
So anyway.. as usual ahmah and i were the first to arrive (why am i not surprised). Went to MacDonalds at forum to wait for the rest to arrive den proceeded to Hard Rock. Dinner was alright.. i ate until i almost turned blue. ahHAhaH.. Exchanged presents there too~

Liang Zheng brought a few x'mas hats since its x'mas eve.. so.. since they're there.. we might as well make full use of them.. onli for phototaking purposes of course.. onli idiots would wear them on the streets. And i happened to know a few of those idiots. heh.
We were trying to make sure the hats are looking good on us.. getting ready for the camera.. and Amos happily snapped away while the 4 of us were adjusting each other's hats.. So we ended up looking like idiots...

After dinner, we were all supposed to go to Geographer Pub coz Jeremy had friends waiting there for him.. but due to some 'unforeseen circumstances'.. we ended up at Obar while Jeremy went ahead to join his friends at Geographer.
Took lots of pictures.. played the usual games.. and just drank the night away.. Nothing much.. so i'll just let the pictures do the 'talking'. Christine's 21st & Escape Theme Park
Finally.. after so long, i can say that i now have all the time in the world to blog and rot! Because..... My contract with FJ Benjamin has ended!!! WhOoOO HoOo... Its been.. well.. both good and bad working there.. I've probably flipped through close to what.. a thousand magazines this past month?? I'm not exaggerating ok.. i counted that i went through about 200 over magazines during my first week alone. And mind u i was there for 5 weeks. Saying that i probably went through 1000 magazines is not exaggerating at all. In fact.. i tink i'm being a bit too modest in stating the number. ahAhAH.. Ok.. enough of work. Just talking about the magazines is giving my goose bumps..
It was my babe's, Christine's, 21st on the 4th December. So we all, by 'we all' i meant me and ahmah.. aHAhah.. ok ok.. by we all i mean me, ahmah, jeremy, amos, liang zheng, stacia, naiji and serene, were invited to her (Christine's) birthday dinner at her place. Ahmah and i were there at around 3 plus to help with the decor and everything. Almost scared me to death with the balloons.. but overall i'd say we did a fantastic job at decorating the function room! And i cannot believe it that we did not take a pic of our work! Cb.
Not much pics to post coz my babe onli sent me a few.. As usual, it was like my birthdae lah.. aHAhAH.. wads new rite? So... nothing much oso lah.. So.. pics pics pics...

And then christine had to go back to entertaining her guests.. while the rest of us rotted a while more, then we went to clark quay to continue partying.. aHAHAH.. So me, ahmah, amos went in naiji's car while lz, stacia and serene went in jeremy's. Jeremy had to send stacia home first so it took them like forever to reach clark quay. We ended at some funny pub called the Asylum, onli because they had a flat screen tv and on it was broadcasting soccer. Place was alright. Main plus point was that they had sofa and Tv and Hoegaarden! They had board games and jengga! We played jengga until there were no more moves.. WHoOo hoOoo.. proud of ourselves.

Then one week later.. on the following saturday, half the gang went to Escape Theme Park coz they were celebrating their 6th anniversary (i tink) and entrance was onli 6 dollars per pax for unlimited rides. As usual, ahmah and i were the first to arrive, while all the others were late, later and latest! Sickening! To think ahmah and i woke up so early! Cb.
The weather was soOoO HOT! It looked like it was threatening to rain in the morning.. but! The sun came out at 12 and we almost died of heat stroke! I got tanned a tone darker lor!!!!
After waiting for wad seemed like forever, lz, stacia and christine finally arrived. Stupid amos arrived so damn late we already bought tickets and were waiting for him at the entrance! As for Jeremy.. well, he claimed that ahmah should have woken him up but she diden, so in the end it was just the 6 of us.

Looking at this pic.. u would thought that everything was fine and when it was our turn, all of us just went into the haunted house and walked through the entire thing. BUT! Ahmah chickened out last min and was practically on the verge of tears when we went into the haunted house. We barely walked 10 steps and she started screaming and demanding to get out of that place.. Being the kind hearted soul i am.. i went out with her while the rest conquered the haunted hourse. =( Dun worry ahmah.. I FORGiVE YOU. ahAHHH
This is... Superman.. i tink... I hate this ride.. not because the onli thing is does is go in circles, but the 'seats' are FUCKING smelly!!! By the end of the ride.. i was suffering from back ache! The guys were almost puking. Lousy..

Though he caught a cold, it didn't seem to affect his aiming skills at the carnival.. in fact.. i would sae it gave him powers! ahAHahA.. for he won so many prizes, all the girls had something to bring back.
